Not sure where this is but looks inviting.
It is actually a brand new building! In fact it is the old building that it is not covered in vegetation. This is a popular architectural solution for facades these days. I have no clue how will it age and how costly it is to maintain. It sure looks good. And the photograph is also spectacular.
