Not sure where this is but looks inviting.
France? Maybe… IMHO the background resembles the Dutch side of the island of St. Martin in the Caribbean. We swam at a beach directly under the approach for major overseas aircraft to the airport. See this link for an image;

I may have photos of this somewhere… Taxi drivers will take you there. Most folks don’t stay for long. When the heavies are on approach it can be deafening and gusty not to mention intimidating.
