I’m J. Rae, a photographer in California. It seems someone (who is not you) has claimed copyright to this image. IE someone is stealing your photo and making it out to be his belonging. He is doing it with hundreds of thousands of images, and I was able to trace that one back to you with a Google Search.

Google will let you file a copyright violation against him on their Google+ site if you click on the drop-down triangle and select “report abuse.” I am not allowed to do it for you (they want the person who owns the photo to have the sole ability to report violations.)
