Not real, it’s taken wit an infra-red filter in front of the lens and after some post processing is made (I guess). I saw something like it the first time done by photographer Ingo Meckmanm – http://meckimac.com/2011/12/01/a-different-kind-of-infrared-photography-post-processing-including-the-lightroom-3-preset/.
